Gunjan Sinha is anexperienced accounting and outsourcing professional with over 15 years of experience in UK accounting, compliance, and offshore service delivery. As the Chief Operating Officer at Fin Con Outsourcing Pvt Ltd, he leads operations, client delivery, and business development, driving scalable and efficient outsourcing solutions for UK accounting firms.
Throughout his career, Gunjan has worked extensively with well-established UK accountancy firms, including Carter Backer Winter (CBW), Cowgill Holloway, 10 Chartered Accountants, The Number smith Ltd, Inn Control Limited, and Moore Kingston Smith, among others. His experience spans working within outsourcing models across multiple organisations, enabling him to develop deep insight into the operational and compliance needs of UK practices.
He brings extensive expertise across a broad range of accounting and compliance services, including bookkeeping, VAT and MTD compliance, management accounts, year-end financial reporting, personal tax returns, payroll, and corporation tax.
In addition, he has significant experience in implementing internationally recognised standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and SOC 2, ensuring strong data security, quality control, and compliance frameworks.
He also specialises in building and scaling high-performing offshore teams, with a proven track record of designing and optimising processes that enhance accuracy, improve efficiency, and deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Gunjan has also played a pivotal role in establishing offshore operations, including successfully setting up a 100% subsidiary in India for Samera Ltd, a UK-based accountancy firm specialising in the dental sector. This involved overseeing the entire journey from incorporation to full operational functionality.
With extensive exposure across a wide range of industries—including hospitality (pubs and restaurants), dental practices, real estate, e-commerce, SaaS, manufacturing, toys, and agriculture—Gunjan brings a well-rounded commercial understanding to his role, enabling him to deliver practical and value-driven solutions to clients.
